Ron Abbes-Owner

Ron Abbes brings over 35 years of experience in residential construction, specializing in custom home building and remodeling throughout the East Bay. Over the course of his career, Ron has developed deep expertise across all phases of construction, along with long-standing relationships with trusted trade partners.

Ron founded Abbes Construction to provide homeowners with something built to last—homes that reflect careful planning, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail. He works closely with clients from the earliest planning stages through project completion to ensure expectations are clear and results are delivered.

For Ron, the most rewarding part of the process is seeing clients step into a home that truly fits their vision and lifestyle.

Outside of work, Ron enjoys spending time with his family and watching his son play rugby.

Kevin-Office and Project Manager

Kevin oversees day-to-day operations and plays a key role in keeping projects organized, on schedule, and within budget. He coordinates project timelines, manages documentation, and serves as a central point of communication between clients, trades, and the construction team.

In addition to scheduling and correspondence, Kevin oversees financial tracking, invoicing, and budget management to ensure every project runs smoothly and transparently.

Outside the office, Kevin enjoys road trips with his wife and dog, as well as spending time with family.
